What we do

We are trained and experienced Mentors with qualifications in Youth and Social Work and Community Services. We guide clients with life transitions, support them with overcoming their barriers and navigate life independently as a person with a disability.

We can assist with translation, life skills, education integration, and establishing needed communication practices. We know it can be challenging to be an adult but we’re here to help.

Our overall aim is to assist you in developing skills that integrate you into successful social and community participation. From finding work to joining in on activities and much more, we provide support work that allows you to find your confidence.
